As Zodeq approached the end of its first full year of trading we thought it was time to reflect on the year and celebrate the success that we’ve had as Chester’s first invoice finance company.
The team at Zodeq has already exceeded their target for the year and with more enquiries coming in from prospective new clients we are now anticipating that our end of year results will exceed all expectations. We have already assisted businesses by providing working capital of over £25M to SMEs in the North West area, and we are working hard to ensure this is just the beginning of the impact that we can have on local and regional businesses.
Here’s what our Managing Director, Paul has to say about Zodeq’s first year “When we carried out the business planning for Zodeq we knew there was huge potential and that we had a really strong plan however we didn’t dare hope that the business would progress as quickly as it has. It has been an amazing first year of trading and we have been lucky to secure some fantastic clients and to meet some great people.”
“This year hasn’t just been about gaining clients though. We have carefully recruited new staff to strengthen the team and lay the foundations for our ongoing growth. We’ve also been busy getting to know the local business community through networking events and supporting our chosen charity the Countess Charity with different fundraising.”
During the year Zodeq have become affiliate members of APSCo, a recruitment trade body which works to ensure that both candidates and employers in the recruitment industry receive the best possible service. Before qualifying for membership Zodeq had to pass a robust assessment process so their membership demonstrates their high standards of service.
Zodeq has also become a strategic member of the West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce (WCNW) and the whole team is looking forward to getting involved in the chamber events.
