Next week with will be celebrating with this year’s finalists for the West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce Annual Ball and Recognition Awards.
This awards ceremony is particularly special for us, as 2019 will mark the first year that we sponsor one of these prestigious awards, the award for Start-Up Business of the Year. This award means a lot to the Zodeq team, having won in this category last year, and therefore providing our support to fellow start-ups entering this award means a lot to us.
Since Zodeq was established in 2016, our relationship with the Chamber has gone from strength to strength. Moving from a traditional membership to becoming strategic members, alongside a sponsor of the Young Chamber initiative and, this year, our MD, Paul Cooney, becoming a Board Director at the Chamber. This strong partnership with the Chamber has ultimately provided our business with some amazing opportunities that we may have otherwise missed, as well as meeting a whole host of fantastic businesses within the local area.
This year’s award nominees will attend a fantastic Hollywood-inspired evening at Chester Racecourse on Friday 15th November. Congratulations to this year’s shortlisted businesses in the Start-Up of the Year category:

The award itself recognises those businesses that have been trading for less than 2 years, and have demonstrated their passion, research, future planning, creative thinking and problem solving, all of which will lead them to success as the business progresses.
