Zodeq’s COVID-19 update

We would like to update you with our current strategy regarding Covid-19 and our Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”).

 

Zodeq remains committed to providing our services ‘Business as Usual’ but the developing situation in the UK has triggered our BCP.

 

As from Monday a number of members of our Team will be working remotely.  This is in the interests of the welfare of our Staff and follows UK Government Guidance on this matter.  We understand that our valued clients may have questions or concerns regarding your facility and we have seen recently a higher volume of calls to our office whilst attempting to operate on a Remote Working basis.  Therefore as from today until further notice, please can I request the following:

 

  • All queries whether General, Credit Control or Payroll (if applicable) are sent to us by E-mail to the normal contacts you currently deal with in these specific areas.  These will be dealt with swiftly and responded to by email or telephone. 
  • Your Relationship Manager is available ‘as normal’ by E-mail or their Mobile Phone and I would ask you to contact them on this number.
  • Our MD, Paulremains contactable at all times on [email protected] or mobile 07960 903733 if required.

 

All of our team are currently working hard to maintain our services and if we work together we will navigate through the coming weeks with little or no disruption to clients.

 

We shall provide an update to you relating to our BCP in due course and please stay safe and healthy during these unprecedented times.
